Hagia Sophia; St. Sophia, built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century. It is one of the architectual marvels of all time. Hippodrome; It was the scene of chariot races and constains three monuments: Obelisk of Theodosius,bronze serpentine column and German Fountian of Wilhelm II. Blue Mosque; Built by the Ottoman architect Mehmet to honor Sultan Ahmet III in the 16th century. Grand Covered Bazaar; A historical bazaar which is one of the biggest in the world. Topkali Palace; Imperial residence of Ottoman Sultans, the maze of buildings that was the focal point of the Ottoman Empire between the 15th and 19th centruies. Suleymaniye Mosque; It is masterpiece of Sinan, built between 1550 and 1557, it is one of the best Works of the Ottoman Empire.

At the end of the Istanbul Oldcity Tour, return to Hotel.

  After Breakfast.

City Walls; The first breach of the walls was by the Fouth Crusade in 1204, the second by the cannons and troops of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror in 1453. Drive by bus on the Golden Horn; As a natural and extremely secure harbor, the Golden Horn has played an important role in the development of Istanbul.  Spice Bazaar; It is located at Eminonu behind the New Mosque(Valide Sultan Mosque). Bosphorus Boat Cruises; A traditional excursion by boat along the waterway seperating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages.  The Bosphorus Bridge; It also called the First Bosphorus Bridge (Turkish: Bogazici Koprusu or 1. Bogazici Koprusu). Beylerbeyi Palace; It was built by Sarkis Balyan Usta by order of Sultan Abdulaziz in 1865. It is on the Asian coast of Bosphorus, which was constructed, in the same style as the Dolmabahce Palace. Çamlica Hill; It is the highest point in Istanbul, has panoramic view of bosphors and two continents.

At the end of the Bosphorus and Two Continents Tours, return to Hotel. Short Rest.

4. Day Arrival in Selcuk - Ephesus
   
 

Arrival in Selcuk. Met on arrival and transfer to hotel. Check into hotel. Before you start Ephesus Tour. and short rest.

Ephesus is one of the best preserved cities from Roman times. At the time St. Paul lived in Ephesus in the 60-lsquo;s AD, it was at it-rsquo;s Roman heyday with a population around 250,000. When St. Paul lived in Ephesus he would have addressed the Ephesians in the great theatre, that today impresses everyone that walks into it-rsquo;s stands. Ephesus was a great ancient city and much of it has been preserved for you to see. More than any other site, you can walk the streets, stand in the great theatre, wander in the library, look towards the hill where St. Paul was put into prison, and feel that you are walking back into the time that St. Paul lived. After being here, you will read the book of Ephesians with new eyes.
*The House of The Virgin Mary where it is believed St. Mary came to live with St. John in the last years of her life.

5. Day Pamukkale to Antalya
  After Breakfast

After breakfast we will depart from Kusadasi and drive inland, and go on a full day tour of Pamukkale

*Pammukale which means cotton castle, is the result of limestone formations built over thousands of years. Warm calcium rich mineral water flowed over the cliffs and as it cooled it deposited the calcium into the formations that are seen today. Pammukale is now a world heritage site.
*Hierapolis was founded as a healing care centre in 190 BC, taking advantage of the mineral waters in the area. It was one of the most important intellectual, artistic, religious and commercial centres of the Roman Empire. It eventually had a large Jewish and Christian community.

Antalya; called the Turkish Riviera, the Touristic Capital of Turkey, the Paradise. It deserves these names by combining the Mediterranean Sea, the close range of the Taurus Mountains, the numerous rivers and waterfalls, the ski resort, long clean sandy beaches, numerous historical sites and many five star hotels lined up on approximately six hundred kilometers of coast line. The well taken care of city, of Antalya itself, is a site worthy to see. It reflects the ancient Anatolian cultures including the Hittite, Lycian, Persian, Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk, and Ottoman and is one of the prominent provinces of the modern Republic of Turkey. Kaleici ( The Oldcity ); The old city of Antalya was surrounded by walls from both the land and the sea side (port side). It was also divided internally to four sections between races and religions by walls. Hidirlik Tower, Hadrian’s Gate and the Clock Tower are what remain of the ancient walls. What remains of the harbor a wall is quite impressive,

8. Day Arrival in Cappadocia
 

Arrival in Cappadocia and transfer to hotel to fresh up before start tour.


Depart from your hotel to visit Devrent Valley to see the unigue fairy-chimneys. Drive to Pasabag (Monk''s Valley) to see the most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles. Drive to the city of Avanos for lunch.In the afternoon visit another beautiful open air museum at Goreme where the remains of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years. Lastly, before returning to your hotel, visit the natural castles at Uchisar.

At the end of the Cappadocia Day Tours, return to hotel.

9. Day Cappadocia
  After Breakfast

Depart from your hotel to visit Red valley and explore the famous rock- cut churches and hike 5 km through the Güllüdere valley (Rose valley). Then visit Çavusin village. This village is famous for the houses and churches of the christian clegymen. Drive to the pigeon valley for lunch. In the afternoon visit Kaymakli underground city. Where early christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back visit the natural castles at Ortahisar.

At the end of the Cappadocia Day Tours, return to hotel.
